Ok picture this, me(old and carrying 13+ extra lbs) and my three year old boy(trim, active runner) were watching the NFL combine off and on this weekend, and the running backs and linebacker were running the 40. So why not start the boy in a little competition? Little man runs like the frickin wind, and I look a lot more like the guy in this video...
