While Looking for a new AB workout to trim down the keg-gut, I found this video.
Why buy a gym membership that you will never go to or some dumb-ass device that you will never use.
Here you go, a tough workout and no money wasted, and the guy showing us the workout has a good sense of humor, and offers a very good workout. So get at it fatties......me included!
